What will you do and learn whilst on a sail training voyage?
Sailing is an excellent team-
A sail training voyage with Adventures Offshore is so much more than just a “sailing
trip” -
During your time with us, you can expect to learn about all aspects of running the yacht. You will experience steering under engine and sail power, you will learn how to handle sails, and how to keep an efficient lookout. Below deck, you will be able to assist in navigation duties and keeping the ship’s log up to date, as well as preparing meals and keeping the boat clean and tidy.
You will spend time at sea, often out of sight of land -

Formal recognition for your experience on board is possible in the form of RYA qualifications and voyages can qualify as part of the Duke of Edinburgh, Queen’s Scout and similar award schemes. Every year, we have young people use one of our voyages as their QSA or DoE Gold residential project. Follow the links below for more information on each of these.
